How long is an initial appointment?
Initial appointments are 60–90 minutes, giving us plenty of time for a thorough assessment and discussion. Follow-up sessions are usually 45–60 minutes.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is ideal. For pelvic health and postnatal appointments, you may wish to bring a pair of shorts or leggings.
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can self-refer directly. You're welcome to bring any relevant letters or notes from your GP or consultant, but it's not required.
Where are you based?
The clinic is located in Holmbury St Mary, in the heart of the Surrey Hills. I also offer home visits across the surrounding area, and see clients at Key Osteopaths in Walton-on-Thames — clinic times available on request. Full details are confirmed on booking.
